emudeck emulators only in slow motion

Since last night my emulators don't work anymore on the steam deck 😔 all games only run in slow motion. They were still running 2 days ago. I would be happy if I got an answer. Unfortunately I don't know anymore. And use it often. LG forstjupp 91

reset your global display settings to ensure they are set to 60Hz/60FPS. Some of the emulators don't work well at non-standard refresh rates.

Also post which OS version you're on and what update channel you're using.

Are you on SteamOS 3.4.8?
