Nice, it doesn’t happen to have an antiglare display and a 512GB SSD does it 🤣
Shucks, either way you got a cool little bonus. Enjoy your Steam Deck.
The 64GB and 256GB have an all white silk screened logo. The 512GB case has a enamel coated metal blue and white logo.
Not ripped off, that is what you got. Its not the same as those pins (like your pokemon) where it is a thick piece of metal with a thin amount of enamel painted on for the coloring of the pins.
They could just be printed rubber, but the rigidity and feel of the material looks like a 20-24 gauge (e.g. a very thin piece) of metal that is dipped / fully coated with an enameling; then glued in the embossed logo area of the case. Feel free to cut yours open if you want to find out for sure.
Would it be easier to say one is embossed with a raised rubbery blue & white logo, while the other is not embossed and has a flat all-white silk-screened logo?
