If money is a crucial factor, I´d think about getting the 64gb version instead. Get a fast 512gb micro sd card for about 50,- and glare protection film for about 8,- and save yourselve about 120,-; e.g. lower the monthyl rates.
All the best
phil
P.S.: I bought the 64gb version second hand and I am very happy with it - there is not much of a defference besides a few seconds of loading time in some games.
If you do it that way, please or the love of god find one with a half decent rate.
Even industry standard (but ♥♥♥♥) rate is preferred over some I've seen.
Should be illegal.
But if you're asking the above is probably correct.
Just save up.
There are plenty of ones that don't charge interest.
Steam decks can also be financed through Abunda, looks like $14/mo they have payment plans and lease-to-own options:

Okay but how reliable is Abunda?
Never heard of them before now, not looking to end up taking it slow and dry right up the hind end in the long run
