Report a translation problem
As you have probably already discovered, there was/is an issue with enterprise networks that causes connectivity issues with the steam deck.
Out of curiosity, do you have wifi power management enabled?
Another hotel didn't work the same, but I was able to connect to the wifi, open a browser and then get the hotel login page to appears. Typically to need to try to open up something like Yahoo.com. I found trying to open Google.com or some other sites don't always trigger the hotel redirect.
