Possible Fix for Ubisoft Connect Issue on Steam Deck: "A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
Here is a video on how to solve the problem if you have this kind of issue with Ubisoft Connect on your Steam Deck:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fzoc910-9_E

TL&DR:
1. Go to Desktop Mode
2. Go to Connections Settings (System Settings)
3. Set MTU to a value between 1400-1500
4. Restart the Deck
5. (hopefully) Everything works

Also here is a link to a summary of why it happens and also many other possible workarounds and their respective sources if this one showed in the video does not work:

Hey, I followed every steps and other videos steps and yet the ubisoft launcher isn't connected to the internet even though I followed every step. Any help?

I’ve tried everything under the sun. What worked for me was deleting the file location in the “compatdata” folder for the game then going into my garbage and restoring that file.
