Sounds like complete paranoia to me. If you actually dust and hoover regularly, you shouldn't be having that sort of problem.
All this seems like unnecessary tinkering. Also, judging by how many comments I've read that say they've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up their deck from such work. Makes me wonder why people bother.

I agree with the keeping your stuff clean, but the thermal paste re-apply thing is complete bollocks.
Are you high? Steam Deck is modular by design. I replaced my SSD and Valve still RMA'd it when I needed.
Works better than any Frostsheet and way safer to apply.
Can't go wrong with that one. Use that instead if you don't like good old thermal paste.
Maybe not on steam deck, but on regular computer its better than many thermal paste
