STEAM support will not respond if the pouch is not included. Help me!

I purchased a 512GB steamdeck and it did not include a pouch for the charger. I told steam support about it, but they have not responded in over a week.
Did anyone else not get the pouch or other accessories in the box?
And if they were not included, what was done about it?

The charger goes under the case with the elastic flap. You do not get a pouch for it

I checked the hollow part of the case, but it was not in there.

I searched every inch of the box, but it was not in there and I told STEAM support about it. However, they said they would look into it and then have not gotten back to me.

I don't know about anything other than the 512GB version, but it does come with a small pouch.

Well if the 512GB version comes with a pouch, no one has received one. Like the previous user said, the charger fits under the elastic flap on the back of the case. There is no pouch.

A small bag should be in the indentation in the back of the case.

If it was not included, then it is a defective accessory.

Stuff like this can take a bit longer.

Your missing bag stands against defective steam decks, stolen decks, broken VR gear and so on. So you are probably a bit on their low priority list atm.
Id wait 10 days total before asking them for a status update.
