SHIPPING STATUS: Processed payment

I ordered my Steam Deck yesterday, and I see I'm still on "Processed payment"

My brother ordered on Christmas day, and a day later it moved to packaged items.

For myself, I purchased it yesterday, on boxing day, and today it's still stuck on Processed payment.

Should I be worried by this at all? I used a vanilla prepaid card (which i threw away already because I'm stupid) and assumed it went through all okay.

I think you're being a bit over dramatic. If nothing has changed, over a week, then be concerned. It is the holidays, weather is crap and comparing someone elses shipment to yours is just not productive, for the reasons stated already.

It's christmas time, many companies have less employes right now because of holidays and things will get a little bit slower...

My reasoning for the post was to see if it was indicative of a failed payment, not because I bought my steam deck and want it to be sent to me automatically and magically

Nah, you're good, as you said it updated.

Dunno if it's still the same but they usually ship out on Fridays IIRC, so I would guess you'll see tracking info in a couple days and hopefully logistics doesn't screw you over.

Rest assured, the process is a little time consuming for some due to self demand.

I’m wondering if there was an issue, or does it usually take this long ?

Weird thou since u are in the US. AfaIK, those who order on friday usually by the latest monday or tuesday ( if they having sale or some event thing going ) shipped out.
What method you use? For CC, I read, usually the bank flagged it ( don't remember if you will get a notification or email telling you that )? But either method, just contact them and see what they say.
