If you are not dual boot, you don't need to know about this post.

This post only happen for dual boot's steam deck

After steam os updated, the steam os boot option will remove from boot table by update

Not Me, The Entire Point Why I Bought The Deck, Was To Learn How To Manage Linux N Ultimately Get Off Windows Entirely One Day. So I've Been Forcing Myself To Understand How Linux Works, I've Even Purposely And Sometimes Accidentally Brick My Console To Understand How Tos Etc To Solve Certain Errors Etc. But Nonetheless I Really Do Believe If Valve Keeps Adding On To SteamOS, One Day, It May Be Good Enough To Entirely Take On Window's. It Has Potential.
My guess is that your SteamOS EFI entry is missing. This is hit and miss for some people (who are dual booting), with the 3.4 update and BIOS update that comes with it.

Basically what's happening with the 3.4 update for some users is that the 110 BIOS update that comes alongside 3.4 is causing issues with some EFI entries (113 BIOS version likely has similar issues). In the case of OP, the SteamOS EFI entry is just totally gone (deleted). This can be restored as long as you can get into the BIOS with Volume Up & Power when turning on and then going to the 'Boot From File' option. You will want to boot the /esp/efi/steamos/steamcl.efi file to get back into SteamOS. Once in SteamOS, get to the desktop mode. Make sure to create a deck username if you haven't already (necessary for sudo commands). Run the following command from a command line (Konsole).

sudo efibootmgr -c -d /dev/nvme0n1 -p 1 -L "SteamOS" -l \\efi\\steamos\\steamcl.efi

Reboot. Profit.

Slightly off topic of this discussion, but there is another annoying issue with Windows EFI entries from this latest stable branch update, for those who are dual booting Windows from the internal NVMe.

More info and documentation can be found here.

Thank you so much, Yes, this is the problem I say, that is why I'm asking they can add a function/shortcut to let people just one click add it back.
That is not a trivial thing to do though at that stage of the booting process. A better thing to ask for is not having the SteamOS EFI entry deleted in the first place (in my opinion).

Yes, this also help, but I think they will not do that... You know... this is valve
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
