I don’t think you read what I stated. I use these headphones on deck and nintendo switch. There is no latency with these headphones using bluetooth on switch and using 3.5mm causes audio to come out of only the left side.
Definitely interfering with my 5G WiFi, because when I'm using HP with 3.5 mm jack and all the delays and lags are gone.
About your one sided output, I have no idea. Never heard of this problem. All my headphone working stereo on the Steam deck.
Have you looked through your sound settings? There are deeper configs in desktop mode.
If your headphones offer a USB or jack connection as an alternative, use those. Else, you could consider getting a similar headphone with a 3.5 mm jack. Keep in mind the impedance and look for one with a replaceable, non-proprietary cable.

They really do sound pretty good once you get them adjusted (make sure to adjust the ear hooks!) and at 19 dollars they are a great price for what they offer. (inflation hit everything, but these are still great)
