What about Plex? Would I be able to add Plex then get a usbc tv tuner and watch over the air tv that way?

Trash experience though with a controller. I don't want to have to use M&K defeats the whole purpose of the steam deck.

Just rebind the touchpads as mouse input and some of the buttons to your favorite hotkeys. It's not like you need a whole keyboard to control most streaming services.
