Best way to install non steam games to deck?
I´ve tried things like lutris or heroic launcher, but those have a lot of cons.

The thing is, the ideal would be to be able to have the stuff other launchers have like archivements and cloud saves (That´s why Heroic launcher is not viable, apart that it only supports two stores), and being able to add each game to steam gaming UI (Custom profiles, covers, etc)

I can install launcher through lutris or steam directly, but there´s a lack of adding the games faster than adding them one by one as non steam games (and sometimes you need to change the game path, like Ubisoft connect games).

So, is there a fast way to add the games and having them individually on steam?

I just install them on my PC then transfer over the folder to the deck via a disk drive. I do that as installing DLCs for non-steam games on the deck itself always has problems where as windows just installs the game for you ready to transfer.

You can then have all your games in one folder on the desktop itself so no finding loads of random pathways.

Not really the way you want in any sort of good way that will always work. Some games have so many weird hoops to jump through to get working, this is why lutris is used. The only way to get all of the launchers working would be to install the launchers through lutris or wine / steams proton and then open them from steam when you want to play those games. There isn't an easy way to get them running in the background in game mode and if you did it would seriously effect performance.

Honestly I have a decent collection of games through GOG and I like GOG galaxy but at this point I'd rather everything just work and update smoothly on my deck. Valves gambit has payed off and I basically only buy games from there now. The convenience is too good.
There is no bulk options in Steam

I would love an easy method for syncing the Save Games between SD and PC for Non-Steam games.

Currently I am trying out Syncthing, which took a bit to setup, such as locating the correct save folder, etc. It seems to work okay for the most part but it does not always understand which system has the newer save files and can generate conflicts (and you have to be careful resolving them as if you select the wrong one, you can lose progress). And if you have a game from somewhere like Epic Launcher, you have to ensure not to download from could when launching.
