Streaming screen on discord has no sound passthrough (desktop mode)
Expected: Share screen with discord server, audio from apps and video from screen is transmitted

Results: The video feed works just fine, but regardless of which settings I tweak in discord, no audio ever makes it through the feed (besides voice).

Anyone else have a similar issue or am I configuring something wrong?

it never worked since discord doesn't care to fix it

There's a flatpak in Discover called "Discord-ScreenAudio". I haven't had the chance to try it out yet, early morning, friends are at work, etc, but hopefully it's a solution.

Update. "Discord-ScreenAudio" flatpak is pointless. At least on the Steam Deck. Doesn't seem to do much of anything.
