Its not listed on purchase history as well. Does it show when the deck is ready to be shipped?
Something maybe went wrong with your purchase
Sometimes you can have a trace of failure if you go in :
Account details > purchase history > click on any purchased item > this send you to support site > click on the navigation item called " Recent Purchases" > you get a newer listing here sometimes showing all failures
Then from here I think you can initiate a support ticket related to the item
Yep, found it. Apparently, they couldn't accept the payment. Going through support now.
