Edit: to see it's on use the performance metric thing which shows FPS etc. Slide it all the way up so it has the extra info. It will show FSR as being on or off. But it will stay off at 720p.
So, i loose FPS for no reason?
Why do i have to lower the resolution from 720P, On a 65-inch 4K TV?
Yes
FSR ON
you can try outputting to 4k and upscaling from 720p, but it can noticably lower the performance compared to using 720p without any upscaling because the higher the output resolution, the more work for the upscaler, so try playing around with your output resolution to get the best result..
My TV, show 3840x2160
So it run at 4K, and the game is set to 720P
I dont see any difference what so ever
I can try to set the output to 1080
Still no dirrence
Does FSR build in the deck works then output to a TV?
To press the steam button on the deck
So i could change FSR on and OFF, without having to go into settings, and out
I didint find a shoutcut in the steam controller
I can see the very small dirrence
Then switching on and off
Steam controller dont have that button
Oh thats was the combo :D
Set the resolution to native
In the steam settings menu
And get the game resolution to 1080 or 4K (For less demanding game)
https://store.steampowered.com/app/911220/Dusk_Diver/
With 1080 and FSR
It look great
And since the game on the deck run at native resolution, no FSR
