[Solved] Steam Deck Parcel not delivered - in UK : GLS mail
I didn't receive my parcel and I don't know what is happening with the parcel.

It was shipped at 18th July from Netherlands
Arrived in UK final parcel centre at 21st July

Tacking showed that it was in delivery twice.

"The parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent." - 25/07/2022

I had 3 people in the house looking out for the parcel. No delivery attempt was made as far as we know.

I know the address I gave is correct because I use the same address for amazon, ebay, cardkingdom, tcgplayer, etc

Right now tracking is showing that it's in transit. (In transit back to Netherland or In transit towards me?). The tracking does not show any location data. It doesn't show which address it is being delivered to or which parcel centre it is in.

Will I be refunded if the Steam deck returns to valve/sender?

Contact GLS. Also contact Steam Support.

If it does get sent back for whatever reason, yes, you will be refunded.

are you on the GLS website or parcel force website for the UK. as u should also have a tracking number for parcel force 2.

normally parcel force would keep a parcel for like 14-21 days before sending it back to sender. so you could also pick it up from there depot.

as i have done that with 1 of my packages years ago if need be.

could also probably ring up the depot it was sent to and ask them about the package? maybe?

if u go to the tracking number from your steam deck which u probably have on GLS you are given a bunch of references

netherland parcel number
origin national red in unicode
customers own ref number

thats good to hear it came :) time to start playing

got mine on friday 8th july. ordered on monday 4th shipped on wednesday 6th.

good little device to play around the house or on the move :)
