Shipping Status: Shipping Soon

I paid for my Deck on 7/19 and still haven’t been shipped, should I be worry? Must of the people online got theirs ship next day. Mine just says shipping soon.

Hmmm, I'm not sure where that info has come from.. You'll find most people 'here' got their shipping notification 3-4 business days after paying. Depending on the region, it has been longer.

West Coast US. Paid for mine on July 18th, the same day I received the pay in full email. The status is still shipping soon. I'm surprised that it's taking this long to ship.

Same here, I paid for my SD on Monday July 18th at 10:04 am, and it still shows "shipping soon". I have messaged Valve already about this and they said that I should recive the shipping email ina few days. Then once the order has shiiped it would take 4 to 8 days for the SD to arrive. But there I still no sure time schedule when my SD will arrive , 😕 😔

Edit: So I just checked the Steam app on my cell this morning Sunday July 24th. It finally shows a deliver date of July 30th. It took 6 days for me to get this info and another 6 days of waiting until I get my hands on my SD.

EDIT 2: My SD got to my house on Saturday the 30th. But I am sad to say I have to submit a ticket for RMA. My SD is completely dead, wont power on or charge. I only had it for 48 hours 😔.

EDIT 3: So I finally got my OK to RMA my SD this morning . So I dropped it off at UPS how that label said. It's getting shipped by UPS ground to Valve in Utah. Rep said it should take 3 to 5 days for it to get delivered. I will update once things change.

Got my Notice to Pay email on Monday the 18th. Paid Wednesday the 20th. Got Preparing to Ship email Thursday 21st. Picked Up by FedEx on Friday 22nd. Apparently scheduled for Delivery Monday 25th.

EDIT: Shipping to the east coast of Canada, a little place I loving refer to as the Butthole of Canada.

I opened a ticket with Steam Support this morning and they responded 30 minutes later with my tracking info.
