Paid on the 11th. Steam says shipped on the 15th. FedEx says ONLY label created.......still.
Original FedEx delivery date was Monday the 18th. That day has come and gone. Now all FedEx says is label created with a pending status. Currently steam support can't tell me anything, and FedEx says that they have not received the package. How hard is it to attach the label to the package, and hand it off to FedEx? Who else is going through this?

I had the same thing. Sit tight, then suddenly it will be on it's way.

Mine said label created for several days until I woke up one morning and it had changed to "out for delivery" that day. FedEx is terrible about scanning the tracking codes at every stop the package makes. Just be patient and you'll have it soon enough.

Yup. That sounds alright. Truth to be told, I would be more worried if all information was already there.

None of it makes any sense! I spoke to FedEx 5 minutes ago, and they said that they definitely have not received the package from Carol Stream. They say that they were expecting it on the 15th, and delivery was supposed to be done last Monday.

@skygunner27: Have you received you steam deck? This is my story... Paid for Steam deck on 15th Aug '22. Valve says shipped on 21st Aug'22 and Fedex status is Label created with no delivery date till now. I also spoke to Fedex and they confirmed it was not given to them for delivery. After numerous follow up's with steam support. The are going to ship the replacement and it's still in 'Shipping soon' status and no one know when it would be actually shipped. This is crazy!!!

I finally received it. The first one was stolen in transit. It took almost a month to get Valve to resolve it.
