Making me wait…longest anyone has waited to get their deck shipped?

I paid on Monday and thought it would likely ship out today. No joy though. I’m not sure if valve ships any other days this week. Fwiw, I’m in the US and ordered a 512gb deck.

Other folks who had to wait longer than expected to get a shipped status, how long did you have to be patient?

Paid on a Thursday, got the "Shipped" email on Monday.

You might want to reserve some more patience as "Shipped" just means they printed a label and it can be a few more days before they actually put it in the hands of a courier...

It took 7 days for me to receive my Deck from the day I ordered it. Not quick compared to most companies… I am from the UK.

So excited. I saw the message on steam before I saw my email today. I paid today and now await for my 512GB model to ship to me in California. Only a few days more. Preordered just over 1 year ago.

As far as I understand it, Valve has a standard schedule now, since starting Q3 emails. Emails go out on Monday and Thursday and shipments happen Thursday for Monday's emails and Monday for the prior Thursday email. Which, considering the timeline on how payments need to be made, makes sense.

I got my email on Monday, made my payment Tuesday and got the shipping/tracing info today (Thursday).

Omg! My deck literally just got a label and marked as shipped. Estimated delivery is on Sunday. I don’t see that happening, but maybe on Monday.

Not in my case. Paid on Monday (18th), parcel was handed over and left the Netherlands on Wednesday (20th).

Finally got my tracking number. So it looks like the stories are true. Email on Monday means shipping on Thursday.

This is accurate for me. Received email and paid on Monday, shipped on Thursday and delivered on Monday.

I got my email yesterday, Thursday July 21, paid right away, so I'm expecting by your logic, I'd get an update by Monday? That's fine with me, as long as I get an update lol. I got the 512gb one 👍

I feel like you will get a tracking number sometime with in 24 hours since it’s already been 5 days…or if this is the fifth day.

If you already have the tracking number then it should update soon I’d think. Is it FedEx?

Same here. Paid on Monday. It’s been ‘shipping soon’ since then. No update since. All eager to try it out over the weekend. My expectations are now that it’ll be after. Saw many posts about Monday payment->Friday delivery (in US). I emptied my schedule and everything.
