As a reminder, all applications should be installed using the Discover store, not using the terminal.
I would also suggest installing WebCord, not Discord. WebCord uses a newer Electron base than Discord's own client, which makes it more secure, and fixes issues with some of Discord's features (such as screen sharing not forwarding audio).
