No sound with Windows 11 ,i Can't install Steam sound driver...

hello here I installed Windows 11 pro on Steam deck in dual boots. Everything works, I also installed the drivers but I have a problem for the audio, when I use your drivers, when I want to go to the file.inf and I right click there is not marked install, there is open etc... but it is impossible for me to install the two drivers for the audio and therefore I cannot have sound. Can you help me please?

People should also realize there's a reason why Valve doesn't 100% support people installing Windows on the Deck yet. Sure it's an open platform, they want it to be that way. But there's reasons why they won't support it. See all these threads about issues with Windows? That's why.

I would say the tirade of unhelpful and toxic comments aren't exactly helpful. Let's not forget Steam OS desktop mode (arch Linux) have their own issues as well. This is suppose to be a PC in the form of a handheld and not a Nintendo Switch.

Being more helpful/open to tinkering is what makes PC better.

That's the beauty of this system. It let's you do that. It's about time we got a device which is not a proprietary blob which chains us to one company. I would be disappointed if the SD was hardware tied to Linux as this would go against everything free software and hardware stands for.

Yes it s super cool. I do my gaming session with Steam and my music with windows 11 on an SD card.

For me, I decompressed all the files inside same directory and it worked.

Directly from the .rar it does not, and didn't have the option "install" like you.

what did you do? what you you mean decompress in the same directory like put all the fiels from all of the drivers in one folder?
