Have I actually ordered it?
Finally got my confirmation email and immediately went to complete the purchase but it froze up halfway through and refreshing the page kicked me out, going back in to the email and trying the link again takes me to the store page with the option to reserve again but not showing my previous reservation. The payment is pending on steam and I just want to know if the purchase is actually complete or if I’m going to lose my reservation due to something that was out of my control

This ^^. Check here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase . If it shows there, you should be more than good. However; it's still worth a quick ticket with support to make sure everything is all good since you are still within your 72 hour window (assuming you received the email today) and you still have the additional 3 day grace period after that 72 hours is up as well.

You should be good bud!

A heads up, I have read elsewhere that you are able to make a new reservation immediately after purchase as well. So, it sounds like you're in the clear and likely just missed the confirmation screen during the refreshing/kicked out.

checked purchase history was marked as pending for about an hour before finally failing and letting me try again, thankfully went through properly this time
