There isn't a Netflix app for Linux.
You also can't download from Netflix without a piracy tool.
At some point you can install an app for Netflix. This unofficial tool was actually a Windows application and was bundled with Wine. This doesn't work anymore, but you can create a desktop app on Linux using Chrome's "Add to Desktop" feature.
Open Google Chrome.
go to netflix.com
Login to your account
Click on the Chrome menu button (three dots at the top right of the Chrome browser)
Select More Tools > Add to Desktop.
In the dialog box, click Add.
Select Open as window.
Click OK to confirm.
You should now have a desktop shortcut. Open steam and add a non-steam game, select the chrome icon you just created. now you can use it from the gamemode.
Enjoy.
if you can install snaps in the steam deck, you should search "electron player", or download the appimage file which you dont need to install, but can "integrate" to your system, to save your settings. if you try the appimage version, the other advantage is that even if its a big heavier, you dont need to place the file in your internal drive: you can also launch it from an external one, which can help you save space and avoiding issues from saturating the internal drive.

to activate this one, you will need to right click the file, and in properties choose "make executable". after that, you can use it, and "integrate it" or not to your os.
