UK Delivery issues? (with Evri/Hermes)
I bought my Steam Deck, 27/08, shipped 29/08, Evri expecting the parcel on 30/08, Evri gets the parcel on 1/09, and no update since.

Have been talking to others in UK that are also stuck on this, the delivery with Evri says "Next day delivery" but of course that was 4 days ago now.

There is no way to contact Evri. Has anyone gotten their steam deck from ordering last week in the UK?

Also recommend sending an email to the Evri CEO, email can be found here: https://www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-9539

In the email, be polite, explain your issue with as much detail as possible, including references like your tracking number, address, etc. Try to be concise, someone from the executive team or support should email you back or call you on a private number to investigate.

Once you've waited a while, and have messages from Evri, forward onto Steam via a support ticket and if it's lost or stolen, they'll send you a replacement.

Quite literally Saturday when it was supossed to arrive the house was set out like the god gabe himself was popping around for a cupo tea. Alass it was just a stinking turd of a gift called evri.

Let me know what number you call and if you succeeded, if you do, please let them know there are other souls suffering from this. I just hope my delivery guy can help. He must have had it in his hand

You need to have a tracking ref of a delivery that was made directly through Evri to speak to someone. It's really, really annoying..

I do it's 17 or 16 digits long but the computer refused to recognise it. So once you spoke to them they wouldn't update the address at all and just said call GLS? I do remember getting super annoyed with the robot

Ah I said I was the receiver that would be why. We should just overwhelm them with calls until someone breaks and just sends them out to us.

FYI I emailed GLS Netherlands direct. You will need to Google GLS Netherlands contact and you get a contact form asks about you and the delivery I pasted everything g and kindly asked them to assist. Got an automated email back instantly so finger crossed they help out

It's not delays dude it's someone messed up our delivery address and noone wants to take ownership and fix it for us other than we will let the warehouse know standby. Lol my steam deck is basically sitting in my local depot for the past 3 days and I cannot contact the carrier to correct either valves, GLS or evris mistake. Its so annoying. But good luck I hope you get yours. When you get the email saying its out for delivery make sure you have your house number on it or you will be here like us crying

I have just reached back out to Steam and asked for someone to just take ten minutes to try and instigate a call with Evri. I appreciate they must have so so many people reaching out to them now but come on, stuck on out for delivery, mental.

Mine shipped from the Netherlands on 31st August and received it 4pm 3rd September, so there is hope it's just got caught up in the UK postal strikes, last week.

Awesome you got yours but Its got the wrong address from either valve, GLS or evri. Its missing the house number that's our problem. The deck got to our local depot on time. But with out the propper address evri who you cannot contact refuses to deliver it. Steam only informs their warehouse and matlybe some magic happens that someone gets the email to Evri we are all stuck in "sorry we cannot deliver you parcel we will try the next working day" just have to sit back and wait for either the deck to time out and get sent back to the Netherlands then go through getting a new one and prey the address is sent right. Its really bad no one from steams ware house can just contact GLS and ask GLS to sort out the issue with evri.

Just a heads up I received a scam text message about ten minutes ago from Evri with a tracking number and so on with a link to a website to enter all my details in.

The url was uselesscourier-tracking-online.com and it came from an unknown phone number no header to say it was Evri in the text.

Very suspicious and quite coincidental in my opinion
