UK Delivery issues? (with Evri/Hermes)
I bought my Steam Deck, 27/08, shipped 29/08, Evri expecting the parcel on 30/08, Evri gets the parcel on 1/09, and no update since.

Have been talking to others in UK that are also stuck on this, the delivery with Evri says "Next day delivery" but of course that was 4 days ago now.

There is no way to contact Evri. Has anyone gotten their steam deck from ordering last week in the UK?

Also recommend sending an email to the Evri CEO, email can be found here: https://www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-9539

In the email, be polite, explain your issue with as much detail as possible, including references like your tracking number, address, etc. Try to be concise, someone from the executive team or support should email you back or call you on a private number to investigate.

Once you've waited a while, and have messages from Evri, forward onto Steam via a support ticket and if it's lost or stolen, they'll send you a replacement.

Just give it another 24hrs. Mine seemed to update every 24hrs at every stage.

Cheers - oddly it's moved to out for delivery but has no further tracking like a time slot or anything..this is what happened to me last time so a lil worried.

Mine has just been delivered so keep the faith.. i think they deliver upto 8pm.

I have been playing cult of the lamb, I named one of my followers and called it Evri, I then sacrificed him, fingers crossed that worked.

I've found that https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/ seems to give even more data.

Sadly I'm still waiting for anyone to admit my Deck into the country 😞

Oddly... mine also states "Service: Two Day Delivery" via https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/

I'm probably clutching at straws but there might just be some hope for a delivery tomorrow.

Mine too. So - 4 days gone, I'm on day 5 (but with a Sunday and an unexpected Bank Holiday for QEII funeral) so I'm hoping for some movement today or tomorrow. A delivery would be great, if any delivery gods are listening!

Three times Evri supposedly tried to deliver mine and I was in every time, even with a note on the door. Disgrace of a company.

I`ve diverted mine to my nearby parcel shop via the app,not that Evri even has it yet but they have no excuse when it does reach their light fingered hands!lol

Valve shipped my replacement today after Evri lost/stole mine a week ago. I have very low hopes it will turn up

How do you do this? I don't have the option to divert to a parcel shop in either the app or web page. I'm wondering if it's because its 2 day delivery... also not sure why its 2 day delivery while others are next day.

Sadly, I didn't make a note of the effort. I signed up to an Evri account, installed the app, added the package by tracking number and then performed a 1-time change of delivery point.

As I can't change delivery address a second time I can't see exactly what I pushed, sorry :(

Also I think the entirety of the UK is on two-day delivery. It's cheaper.

On related news, while Evri are still awaiting my package, GLS have updated that it has reached the UK:

"20/09/2022 22:11
The parcel has reached the parcel center.

United Kingdom"

Next stop - Evil!
