Tired of having my emails ignored.
It went from we’ve got your parcel to it’s been delivered in the same day
They tend to bring my parcels to the wrong adress or so I'm told. If Valve are using them I hope they require a signature because I really don't want the stress of proving I didn't receive a Hermes delivery.
So fingers crossed.
Hopefully it's Royal Mail, they ain't perfect but way better then Hermes lol

I seem to be in the same position as most of you. My steam deck was sent over to the UK last Thursday 8th September 2022 and it arrived with Evri that morning. Later that day it was update to show the following message “Update on your parcel. We’re sorry your parcel has been delayed. We’re working to get it on its way on the next working day” so far it’s Sunday 11th Sep and the Evri tracking has not updated since and my Steam deck is still undelivered. Can somebody advise on what steps to take next please. Is my parcel likely to get delivered or has it been stolen?. As you all say in the comments, it’s not possible to talk to Evri at all. I guess my next step is to reach out to Valve or have a chat with my credit card company. Any help will be much appreciated.

Also drop an email to the CEO and CC Evri support, they got back to me next day after I did this.
