IMO the few days of "Shipping Soon" is far better than the days of "The parcel has left the parcel center" that I'm currently in because prior to shipping at least we know it hasn't been "lost" yet 😞

Evri has suggested I contact the sender. Parcel has been delayed for a week now.

Upon checking, the Index has be shipped and is on its way to you.

It’s so frustrating they way they handle this but they will send you a replacement
I have to try and hope we will all get one now, you definitely should get a replacement like I said my second is due tomorrow fingers crossed
I hate to say it but I also had a Parcel Force tracking number, but it ended up with Evri and now it's been stuck on "Delayed" since last week :(
