UK Delivery issues? (with Evri/Hermes)
I bought my Steam Deck, 27/08, shipped 29/08, Evri expecting the parcel on 30/08, Evri gets the parcel on 1/09, and no update since.

Have been talking to others in UK that are also stuck on this, the delivery with Evri says "Next day delivery" but of course that was 4 days ago now.

There is no way to contact Evri. Has anyone gotten their steam deck from ordering last week in the UK?

Also recommend sending an email to the Evri CEO, email can be found here: https://www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-9539

In the email, be polite, explain your issue with as much detail as possible, including references like your tracking number, address, etc. Try to be concise, someone from the executive team or support should email you back or call you on a private number to investigate.

Once you've waited a while, and have messages from Evri, forward onto Steam via a support ticket and if it's lost or stolen, they'll send you a replacement.

ive already had one stolen from this point so im not very confident of getting it
At least we can all fit in with the non-gamers tomorrow, mourning QEII and our Decks alike 😞

MInes been stuck at 'in transit' on parcelforce for 5 days...

IMO the few days of "Shipping Soon" is far better than the days of "The parcel has left the parcel center" that I'm currently in because prior to shipping at least we know it hasn't been "lost" yet 😞

mine says on its way we will let you know when its out for delivery, which im praying is tomorrow

They should Send out a replacement just keep at it, they did for me, this is my second deck (if I actually receive it this time)

It’s so frustrating they way they handle this but they will send you a replacement

I have to try and hope we will all get one now, you definitely should get a replacement like I said my second is due tomorrow fingers crossed
they just sent out my 3rd deck 1st faulty 2nd stolen so 3rd time lucky it does say parcel force on tracking information so hopefully won't go to evri theives

Has anyone elsed deck been stuck on "we've got it" since Saturday morning (1:30am). Was hoping it would at least be transferred locally on Sunday but...no such luck.

I hate to say it but I also had a Parcel Force tracking number, but it ended up with Evri and now it's been stuck on "Delayed" since last week :(
