Order Status Still Proccesing

i just paid a steam deck 256gb last aug 23.22.
my order status is still Processing its been a week.

i ask Steam Support they said my account was locked due to system fraud protection unusual purchased.

is this possible they will cancel my pre order of steam deck. its already paid using my credit card.

the transaction of my creditcard was successfull the credit was deducted.

Im still waiting for them to reply its been a days now still got nothing

That's simply, OPs questions weren't related to the shipping process at all. It was related to whether their Steam Deck order would be cancelled before Support figured out where the payment system had gone screwy this week.

Got my order invite (512gb) Monday 8-22-22 @ 2:54pm EST.

Paid later that day @ 6:22pm.

Went from preparing shipment to shipped on Saturday 8-27-22 @ 12:40pm EST (6 days).

Tracking indicated a 8-31-22 delivery.

On Sunday 8-28-22 got a fedex text saying it would be delivered early the next day.

It arrived Tuesday 8-30-22. I found it propped up against my front door (9 days total).

I've been following reserve dates, shipment times and reviews since they started shipping. Nothing seems really consistent about the shipping process.

It also seems as if order invites aren't 💯 first come first serve basis... but more of your selection of model, curator status, geo-location & whether or not you're considered an "influencer".

Patience is virtue. Kinda glad to get it when it's had time to be polished up. It still needs some bugs worked out, but it definitely surpassed everyone of my expectations.

Steam support has always been notoriously slow to respond, even on simple game purchase orders. But they've never done me wrong.

Chin up... the wait makes it that much more exciting when you finally do recieve it.

I honestly would worry more about actually being present when your shipment arrives... hate for a porch pirate to get such a gift.

its sad and im losing my patience here. its been 14 days and still my order status is PROCESSING. is there a govertment to get a complain.

nextweek my credit card bill is coming and im still not getting my steam deck.

Steam support not responding to my email. im bump it everyday.

im in stress right now.

@Sora, options seem limited. 14 days after payment seems off. As far as panicking, I would calm down... Although Valve can be very slow, and move at snails pace, they've never done me wrong. You mentioned there was a fraud alert put onto your account... maybe that caused a bug in the system to trigger. A new ticket may resolve this? I'd go into the purchase itself and submit another ticket.

It been 24 hr and still waiting idk if its normal I bought mine with PayPal and it shows I've been charged, but it shows as payment processed but hasn't moved

This thread is 2 years old my dude. Depending on where you live it typically takes about a week (e.g. 3 - 5 business days) to get it once payment is processed.
