Does SteamOS support XBOX 360 controllers?
Right so imagine having your Steam Deck in the dock. You plug in the Windows Wireless Receiver for the XBOX 360 controllers. Will the controllers connect without problems ir are there any additional steps? I don’t own a Steam Deck so I was hoping if other people would like to test this out for me. Thank you :)

I use my Wired and BT Xbox controllers with the Deck. However, you're talking about the 360 Wireless Receiver used not just with the classic controller but 360 wireless "steering wheel" etc.

You may have to google up some answers on if it's supported under Arch/Manjaro Linux in general and supported by Steam in general. If true for both, it should likely work on the Deck.

As long as you have the receiver dongle, yes.

I'd try with my dongle if not for one problem. It's a Chinese knockoff that's perfect in all but one aspect. They stupidly used the wrong USB hardware ID, so nothing can identify it properly. In fact the only reason I have it is because the guy who bought it said he couldn't get it to work because Windows couldn't identify it. If you force the right driver it works fine though, but I don't know how to do that on Linux.
