Cannot complete my order for the Steamdeck
Hello, dear community, please help!!!
I've received my invitation to complete the order.
Steam support didn't respond for two days and my reservation is about to end.

This is my second account and it hasn't been activated before, looks like the pre-order costs of Steamdeck on purpose are $4 instead of necessarily a $5 minimum threshold for full functionality in steam.
I've confirmed everything, verified a debit card for full access to the trade market and it's with enough amount of money, but my bank shows that these transactions are pending (the verification and $5 top-up to the steam account) and they are will be finalized in a week. I've already used $10+ from the $5 minimum threshold and still cannot finish my purchase for €545. When I am trying to buy something it says "you have bought something recently and you need to wait a few hours before you make another purchase bla bla bla" but I don't have this couple of hours... I didn't pre-order on my main account because Steamdeck wasn't available in my county and I wouldn't change a region. But this one is my only reservation and it's shame that I can't finish an order because I've made it from not-the-main-one.

Please give me some advice on how to possibly finalize my order.

UPD: So the error (from the screenshot) doesn't allow me to pay. Even if I would buy steam wallet money for enough amount, it still will show me the same error. When I am changing the payment method to PayPal, it shows the same error and I cannot proceed further. Any way of payment isn't available for this pre-order.

Go into your Account Details. Check your purchase history and see if it shows paid or not for the Steam Deck.

What country were you living in before you moved?

And does your payment methods currency match your new location?

I don't think top upping up to $550 on the steam wallet will resolve my issue. Only to change the region back. I'll try it today's night because it's only an option that I haven't tried.

I can buy anything, and top-up it to 550, but it still will not resolve my issue. Any type of payment, like PayPal or any 3rd party service, can't let me in. It just shows the error from my original post it. Any other works fine. Buying a game through direct payment from a debit card works perfectly.

Steam, you are horrible. The support doesn't exist. They know how limited the reservation is but still respond to querшуі it in a month.
Maybe it's better not to buy this one, a good laptop with 144Hz would be much nicer.

Send a message to Steam Support to let them know about the problem, they will likely extend the grace period so you have time to submit your payment later.

To send a message to support, pick Help at the top of the Steam client, then pick Support.

Thanks, I did it 3 times, 2.5 days, and still silence. I don't believe they will extend it
Remember, it's useless support that can't do anything except copy-paste from FAQ. To extend the period, they need to do something, but probably it's not the case, they will link to the steam agreement where it says "the service how it is" and like "you preordered in one region, so you should buy in that region, so there nothing we can do, spend another $4 and try your luck in a half of the year"

It may take a while for Steam support to respond, they likely have a lot of support requests lately, especially with all the steam deck's being shipped in the last month or so.

I know how it can be stressful, especially with a time limit like that, but it sounds like you have done all you could, and you have the issue logged with Steam by sending in that support ticket, so they should be able to help you when a support staff member has time to take a look at your issue. Till then, there isn't much that can happen =/

(oh you can buy a steam deck with Steam Wallet funds btw, pretty sure that works, I saw a thread on here where someone else did it that way.)
