Express VPN on the Deck
Does anyone know how to setup Express VPN on the deck? I've tried looking for guides but can't find one.

In desktop mode, do you have a network icon in the system tray?

Does it need to be ExpressVPN? Linux does VPN just fine out of the box.

I believe ExpressVPN has open vpn definitions which can be downloaded. Then it should be as easy as importing the open vpn definition. This is how it works on a regular KDE installation.

SteamOS is based on Arch and runs KDE Plasma. So when you click on the network tray icon you will see your connections. In the top section you see a configure button. Next to the pin button. From there you can click on the plus button to add a new connection. In the bottom there is an import vpn option.

Because to pay for the "free" one, they are selling your data and keeping logs.

Invalidating the whole point of a VPN.

Yes, it's an Arch distro that has KDE as the desktop environment when in desktop mode. So that might work... or not, I haven't tried a VPN on the Steam Deck, but it could be worth a try.
