Please add a full keyboard

I just had the fun uplay experience where the overlay seems the be one of the issues blocking the controlls from working - but guess what - how do you press "Shift + F2" ....

Seriously this should be a basic feature that should be added asap. There are tons of issues with non compatible games that require a full keyboard maybe even with a way of pressing 2 buttons at once - it would be nice if this could be added optional (button to open full keyboard)

Sadly i dont have a bluetooth keyboard and im not going to buy one just to press shift+f2 once on my steam deck ...

It does work - but the steam keyboard has no function keys like F1 etc. It has some keys via shortcuts like ESC and TAB but thats it - i am also not sure if the steam keyboard even has the ability to press 2 keys at once.

You can edit the control scheme used by clicking the little controller icon on the games page, then you can just bind additional keys you might need and can make use of the 4 rear paddles to do shift and F2 if you wanted

Yes, PLEASE! I would love if they added a button on the keyboard to show more keys, like how most mobile keyboard interfaces have expanded sections for symbols and such. I desperately want a way to hit the numpad, home/page up etc, and F1-12 keys easily - very cumbersome to have to keep jumping through the controller menus and swapping out the back triggers for that. The four triggers on the back (L/R 4/5) are simply not enough and changing the actual keyboard to somehow extend to support a full layout would be so much more convenient.

I recently tried to delete a save game slot in "Rayman Origins", which apparently requires use of the "Delete" key; I had to assign "Delete" to one of the shoulder buttons to solve this... :-(
