Hmm "STEAM OS" on raspberry pi
Since S.O.S Is based on Linux shouldn't we be able to DL it to a raspberry pi?
not really for gaming but use of the desktop mode , to replace a desktop PC.

Steam itself is a BLOB compiled for x86. Same goes for games. The RPi runs an ARM CPU and SteamOS doesn't emulate x86. Well, there's Box86/Box64 which you may try, other have already created a SteamOS installer for arbitrary PCs (HoloISO). There's another emulator but I don't remember the title, I've read about it on Phoronix.

The Pi is ARM architecture, while the SD is x86-64. So, nope.
Why would you want to use Steam OS as a desktop OS on a Pi?
