"screen cast" ROKU controller, smart tvs

Why not if not already in the works add "screen cast" so someone could cast screen to ROKU, CHROMECAST, FIRESTICK ETC.

Or use steam to control your Roku or smart tv...

Wouldn't quite work. All this casting has latency unsuitable for interactive media (i.e. games). But there's Steam streaming that works the same way (WLAN) and comes with game-grade latency.

What about to use it as a controller? Like if it wanted to control Roku from steam or anything smart tv .

With Steam streaming, you can hold your Deck in your hands with the image on the TV. That won't control your Roku though, "just" the streamed game.
