Bios and roms in emudeck

Can the bios be in sub folders per system when you put them into the bios folder in Emudeck? or do you just dump all of them all together in no folder? I know this is a noob question but nothing is working after watching videos on it, nothing is ever works like it does on the videos. Thanks. Also I added roms to the specific system folders and when I preview and generate list the games are not showing up. SUCKS!

bios files all go into the same folder. (keys and firmware too, but in subfolders I believe)

As soon as they are in there, you either should see the games or you have to tell the emu the location of the bios again.

And on a sidenote:
Run the Emu in Desktopmode, configure the game settings, install dlc and updates, then testrun them.
Then add them via the tool to the library.
