UK Steam Deck still not arrived via GLS
So I paid my SD on 21st September which was posted on 22nd September via GLS I was supplied with a tracking number and also a Parcel Force tracking number well GLS tracking still says same as it did on 23rd September "in transit" also tried the Parcel Force tracking number and that can't be found, I've contacted Valve and they said to wait 8 business days which it had only been 6 when I contacted them so after 8 business days I contacted Valve again and still had no reply I'm in limbo £455 down and no SD to show for it what can I do

Showed up today at 8:30pm I got the email with my delivery time slot after the deck was in my hands and already saw the driver this morning for another delivery ♥♥♥♥ evri hope this help
OP did you receive yours yet? Can you share your events from tracking similar to reply above please? I’m in same situation but got the £570 one so slightly more out of pocket and hurting right now.

I’m also struggling with GLS. The tracking only states that it’s in a parcel centre in the Netherlands. It’s a Christmas gift. Ordered the beginning of December. I’m worried it’s either lost or stolen. It appears people are having similar problems with GLS. I can’t afford to wait (being a present) and would have to get a refund. :steamthumbsdown:

Update: it’s now being delivered tomorrow 22nd December hope yours is nearer too
Mine is the same
For those who wants specific update of tracking use NL version of GLS tracker. Don't use their global/international tracker since that one does not give much updates than their NL version does. This is what i used to see when mine was shipped. Then i noticed the difference between both.

The link to the NL verions is: https://www.gls-info.nl/ change language to english through top right button.
