But who knows, depends when you ordered? I preordered another one today and it’s showing Q3 or later also?
You never answered that in your last thread.

"After Q3, October or later" is when they say mine is shipping as well. Don't expect to get yours this year. I'm expecting it to be delayed 2 or 3 quarters, like maybe the middle of 2023 if I'm lucky. I'd rather Valve just be honest with me and tell me Q3 2023, vs giving me a misleading preliminary estimate I'm convinced isn't gonna happen.
If you follow the seasonal date line that puts the expected date into December and into next year.
Q3 is July to September
Q4 is October to December
It even says on the steam deck page if you’re Q2
“due April to June”
The two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive and calendar/marketing quarters are set in stone as a standard. Fiscal quarters vary wildly from company to company and are usually different than calendar quarters so they can put in sales data from high earning periods in with some of the lowest earnings from that same quarter.
When you market something you use calendar quarters to tell when a product is releasing.
