i have not receipt an email for the tracking mail
i have bought steam deck
i got e mail about buy in it buy it , but i have not receipt an email for the tracking mail

Purchase history. Click on the Deck purchase and it will update you on that page. You also get an email when it is ready to ship.

Step 1: press on your wallet amount
Step 2: then press on order history
Step 3: press on view order details on your steam deck order.

There you can see current status where your order is on. It might possible be still on packaged items or so, which is why you haven't got any mail yet for the tracking.
