How to fix Trackpad Mouse not working over some apps

Spme applications disable the mouse input when run (WHILE STEAM IS RUUNING) so i cant use the trackpad as a mouse . Exiting Steam client fixes this and i can use the mouse over them but t hats not what i want. Is there a way to fix this so ican use the trackpad over all appliactions WHILE STEAM is running ?

yes and no
I tried with steam shortcut and without one ; If steam doesnt run all is fine but then again i have to use external xbox controller for my game controls as XINPUT is not recognized.
Now i got an external wifi mouse and keyboard to make best use of my steam deck
