Experience with UPS pickup in Austria?

Hey, so i decided to tyr something new and have UPS pickup my steam deck for the refund

Does anyone know how this works? I went to my account details, clicked on the shipping label and then chose the Book online option, to book a pickup

Does anyone know when UPS comes to pick it up? do I have to wait somewhere or...?And what happens if I am not there, is that my last chance to refund the steam deck? because I cant seem to be able to book another pickup

I think you would get answer by contacting UPS themeself. Some may have that you have to go to their pick-up point and leave it there and then UPS comes to that place and picks it up. Unless you can pick at UPS that you want them to come and pick it up at your house.

I asked thank you, no this one is a pick up by me at home. At least thats how I understood it
