You need to map the directory in bottles to a Windows compatible path / drive letter
https://docs.usebottles.com/flatpak/expose-directories
it failed through/with flatpack both installers both version using app to download installer pack or selecting the path of already downloaded file neither work
uninstalled flat pack lost and ate up the remaining 6 gigs of desktop storage space forced to factory reset deck and start over
i have 256 gig deck
memory card ordered but still in the mail
I have been using FL Studio since FL 6
used my official image-line licence to unlock FL Studio 20 on Steam Deck
but a complete newbie to linux system
Steam Deck operating system really should be windows
instead valve forces us to find working around's
for normal tasks that are near impossible to complete
makes absolutely no sense except for build price and what was stated about linux having capabilities to run games with less powerful hardware verse windows with virtual no lose of performance still no excuse
do you know if its really possible to install windows on Steam deck
I already have FL studio installed on windows 11 desktop and windows 10 laptop
FL Studio Mobile has always sucked
my previous laptop had touch screen with detachable screen to turn pc into tablet but I never got the desired experience
the little bit a did get to use FL Studio 20 on Steam Deck was acceptable and with decent audio quality just extremely difficult configuring
anyways I had to factory reset my deck cause desktop was showing over 23 gigs of used storage I only had 1 folder containing 1.5 gigs of personal data rest of deck was filled with game from my steam library
i checked desktop for app and dolphin file explorer and could find anything using space
could found and download cache to clear either
got a low storage warning was down to only 1.9 gigs
back in re installing steam library
If you got to learn to use FL it shouldnt be that hard for you to learn Linux or how to flash Windows to your deck.
I dont get all the surprised pikachu faces.
is it possible to view decks hard drive via usb after memory card installation or will only card become accessible?
is it possible you could message me directly with more help?
