I reset my Steam Password using my pc to a stronger one, and even though I use the Steam Guard, it is now apparent that token apps can now be compromised more effectively, look into Authy being hacked.
Anyways, my issue seemed to stop there. I’ve also noticed the McAffee Virus Scam popup in my chrome browser in the Steam Desktop. My wife encountered it last night. Just ignore it if you ever see that pop up.
I have trouble staying connected for the Loading User Data... check. And can't download steam updates. It is infinite loading for the Loading User Data... and my downloads keep restarting, even for small updates.
This issue persists when trying to go into Offline Mode. The only time i plan to use my steamdeck is on airplanes. So it is a bother that even offline mode has an infinite loading loop that is only remedied by connecting to the internet.
I plan to get a new router and see if that fixes my issue for good,
But as i was typing this up i found this thread about wlan power saving settings causing wifi to drop:

You can find it in:
Steam Button>Settings>System>System Settings> Enable Developer Mode
and then go to
Steam Button>Settings>Developer>Miscellaneous>Enable Wifi Power Management
