Report a translation problem
Regardless of the method used, it is probably best to just use the default paths for install.
If it is asking you to install to the C:\ drive, just go with it. Let it use whichever path it is trying to use.
The C:\ that it is asking about is not a real drive. It is a fake windows filesystem that was created just for this one game. Your other games have their own fake C:\ drives.
For the way you've installed the Rockstar Launcher, you will probably also want to get familiar with a tool called Protontricks. You can install this tool from Desktop Mode by using the Discover app (it looks like a shopping bag).
This tool is a bit confusing at first, but it is very powerful. It can help you install some necessary dependencies, if any for RDR2.
It sounds like a lot of people have had some trouble installing RDR2 on the Steam Deck, especially as a non-steam game.
