Steam Deck

Steam Deck

how to RMA?
My Steam Deck has a broken GPU (artifacting all over the screen) and I want a replacement unit and I see all you guys talking about an RMA but how do I start this process?

What I have done up until now is that I've sent a general Steam Deck support ticket (with photo) requesting a replacement with a reddit link to the video explaining the problem in more detail.

Is this the correct way of handling this or do I have to start a different process?

also, how long does it generally take support to answer a ticket? I've sent it 18 hours ago.

Support will respond when they get to your ticket.

If my experience is anything to go by, don't expect a rapid response. I've had my support ticket request open since the 11th and I've yet to receive any response...
