How to remote play together with the Deck?

I got my Deck 2 days ago but can't seem to figure out how to invite people to sessions. I enjoy the UI, but there are only options to voice chat or message my friends. I can't invite them to stuff.

It works in desktop mode, but I'm pretty sure that Valve didn't intend on us only using desktop mode to harness Steam's full functions.

Anyone know how to do Remote Play Together??

Wondering the same. I didn't manage to invite my friends, neither in Gaming nor in Desktop Mode. You cannot even enable Steam-Overlay. Hopefully they'll add it somehow.
