I have a feeling that some of this stuff was scooped up by bots. The prices were pretty reasonable as well. A new screen maxed out at $100. Good to see Valve keep their promises.
That's what I wanted to grab too haha. You beat me to it. Let us know if it is the good one or not.
Seems they pulled the parts from the site? Did your order go through still?
Yeah my order went through, got receipt. Order status says Paid and then fulfilment status says Unfulfilled. We'll see if they give me a big apology soon. Maybe not because they did just take my money, banks already showing its gone through.
Well at least you will be one of the first to get your new fan.

Don't forget that Steam has built in support for fixing drift as well. You can set the dead zones up and get rid of mild drift. Of course if it is a really bad case replacement is needed. I am just glad that Valve acknowledges that it's a thing instead of ignoring it like Nintendo does.
I have such a huge problem with stick drift on pads, that within 6 months of using them the drift is soo bad, that no amount of drift adjustments in settings will work. I ended up having to buy protection plans on controllers, because I wear the sticks out completely in 6 months, doesn't matter whether it's MS, Sony, or Nintendo (switch pro).
That's wild. I have only ever had problems with Joycons. I hope I can continue my streak haha.

I got a Hori Arcade stick that I put 3600hrs of gaming on Xbox in a fighting game, and I don't have any problems. It's just that Alps has everyone hooked on cheap junk that isn't made for heavy gaming. I wore 2 pads out in 1 year playing Monster Hunter World, meaning the drift was soo bad on the pads that no amount of adjusting of dead zones would fix it. I looked into Hori pads, but it turns out they're not the same quality as their arcade sticks, they're cheap junk like the rest. Even the $150 Xbox elite controller uses junk alps sticks. The $20 3rd party wired 360 controllers last just as long as any other, so I've been buying those.
