New global achievements page hidden achievements

So it looks like in one of the recent updates Valve has implemented a new global achievements page for steam deck. And yes, it does look better. But for some reason now hidden achievements remain hidden on this page :(
It used to be (and I suspect still is in the desktop client) that you could see descriptions for hidden achievements on the global achievements page. This made for an easy way to see which achievements you were still missing when finishing up on a game. Now, I have to keep something like truesteamachievements.com open on my phone. This is a deterioration of usability... Why not give us the option to view these achievements, possibly after a warning you might be spoiling yourself?
Maybe the problem is with the dev making too many achievements hidden but it was not a problem in steam until this update...

My "Global Achievement Stats" are not hidden.
Make sure you toggle from your own stats to the "view global achievement stats" on the achievement page.

Well it works like it should. I mean there is a reason they are "hidden achievements" ;) and it sounds like you anyway gonna look into some guide.
