Getting some ideas for tempered glass screen protectors to order before my Deck arrives
Tempered glass in my experience holds up aesthetically better over time far more than normal film. This being due to less scratches.

The problem is tempered glass is also thicker.

So this is the part where I'm left asking for help!

What has your experiences been with tempered glass screen protectors so far?

Also does does the steam deck have a touch sensitivity option like some cell phones do to compensate for screen protectors?

Be careful here, there is certain tempered glass screen for the Steam Deck that works well, don't just get any old thing as some don't actually work very well..

I do not know which one is best though :/
Anyone ever had a Mobile phone, put a tempered glass screen protector on and had an issue?
I never have, just get a good brand, you’ll be fine.

This forum is full of people worrying about problems that don’t exist for a device they don’t yet own 😂

Yes, I have in fact. And that is a reason some models have touch screen sensitivity as an option. Even with high quality screen protectors.

And as I stated, some reviews for certain brands have picked up on requirements for increased touch pressure to get a response on the screen for some screen protectors. And if you are okay with needing to press down harder on a glass screen, be my guest.

I'm not.
