How do I exit fullscreen mode to get back to the desktop when running a program on desktop?

It seems PCSX2 is finally working with the last iteration, and games boot fine in fullscreen, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to minimize or exit a fullscreen program. I can bring up the cursor by holding the steam button and moving the mouse around, but holding Steam + B doesn't work at stopping the program, and the only thing I found to do was hold the power button and either shut down or restart to get out of it. Not a HUGE deal, granted, but I'm guessing there must be some sort of command or something I'm just not aware of.

that's probably because the win key is captured by some games to avoid accidentally dropping to desktop from the game with Win+D while playing...

most games that do this also don't offer an option to allow/prevent this key combo from working, but an emulator suite like RetroArch is more likely to offer it along a zillion other configs

it will also most likely not work on the Deck's Gaming Mode, which is all geared up around giving games exclusive fullscreen access to maximize game performance... there is no desktop to get back to in that mode, just steam's UI... alt+tab might work then, but not sure

I found out that you can use your mouse (hold steam button and move with Right touchpad) to the top-left corner.
A blue corner will light up when you get close and when you keep moving in to the corner with the mouse, it will simulate an alt-tab. I've closed many full-screen emulators like that.

This is awesome, thank you so much! However, this doesn't seem to work when I'm in a game. Other programs are nice with this trick though.
