Entered wrong Microsoft account

I entered in the wrong microsoft account, now i cant get past the sign in part. is there anyway to change it? i dont see an option.
I submitted a request to get a refund on the game but figured i would check here first to see if im not the only one who has done this.

Sign out of the xbox app on PC. Or you can go into the "windows credential manager" And remove any xbox and microsoft accounts
